Girl Scouts Little House transformation project
February 18, 2022- The Bradenton Police Department joined forces with Big Earth Landscape Supply and Game On Nation to beautify the new Bradenton Police Department Community Center. The three organizations convened to transform the exterior of the former Girl Scouts Little House located at 1801 17th Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205 on Thursday, February 17th at 2pm.
Ellie Fuesser, Director of Marketing for Big Earth is anxious to see the project come to life. “We have been planning this project for a few months and the installation of the landscape is the finishing touch that will compliment all of the updates the Bradenton Police Department has made to the new Community Center.”
Erin Watson, Director of Client Experience at Game On is part of the group who helped bring this project to fruition. This week, crews have been busy updating the parking lot with gravel and new bumper stops, plus installing sod around the perimeter of the building. By 5pm on Thursday, the landscape was completed and the Bradenton Police Department is one step closer to utilizing the building for Explorer training, Community Events and a Patrol Annex.
