PUBLIC RECORDS REQUESTS

The Bradenton Police Department fulfills all records requests pursuant to Florida State Statute Chapter 119. It is helpful to have the Bradenton Police Department's case number available when submitting your request. If this information is unavailable or unknown, additional information may be required.

Records requests may be submitted in person to the Records Unit of the Bradenton Police Department, Monday through Friday 7 am to 5 pm.

Crash Reports:
Within the first 60 days of occurrence, the requestor MUST provide photo identification or a notarized Florida Sworn Statement for Traffic Crash Information per section 316.066, Florida Statutes. Obtaining confidential information by someone who knows they are not entitled to do so is a felony violation.

Double-sided – $0.20 per page

Video & Audio Fees:
If CD is provided – No charge
Without CD - $1.00 per disk
