A Purple Alert has been issued for a missing/endangered adult.

Anna Leah Thomas (35) was last seen at approximately 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, at Blake Hospital, where she is employed. She is believed to be driving a silver, 2016 Ford Escape with FL tag Z061SP.

Thomas is 5'9" with dark brown hair and brown eyes. She has an angel tattoo on her right forearm. She was last seen wearing a dark grey button-up shirt with black pants.
