November 21, 2022

Shopping for a child this holiday season? Add something extra to your shopping cart this year, and help a local children and teens have a Merry Christmas.

The Bradenton Blue Foundation, the charitable arm of the Bradenton Police Department, is again hosting the annual “Fill the Truck” toy drive, and will be collecting new, unwrapped toys for underserved children in our community.

On Saturday, December 10, 2022, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Officers and Civilian staff will be collecting your gifts outside of Bradenton PD, located at 100 10th Street W. We hope to have our SWAT vehicle packed with toys by the end of the event!

If you can’t attend Fill the Truck, but would like to help, there are options available. Drop your unwrapped toy in the bin located in the Bradenton Police Department lobby, during regular business hours. If you’d prefer to shop online, visit our Fill the Truck 2022 Amazon Gift List, which has toys and gifts for babies to teens. Shop from the list, and your gift will be sent directly to the Bradenton Blue Foundation, to be given to a local child.

Happy Holidays from the Bradenton Police Department and Bradenton Blue Foundation!
