Shooting investigation, 9th St. W.

The Bradenton Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred at approximately 11:30 p.m. Saturday (October 29) night.

The victim, a 41-year-old Hispanic man, had just left the La Barkania Bar and Restaurant, located at 2209 9th St W when he was shot. He was transported to a local hospital as a trauma alert, and is not expected to survive. No additional information about the victim or suspects can be released at this time.
